Collection: Upper Body Strength Equipment

Upper Body Strength Equipment is our full roll-up of upper-body machines in one collection: chest press, shoulder press, rows, lat pulldown, arm isolation, and fly/rear delt stations. It spans 210 products. More than half carry our in-house Premier Strength label, and the rest come from established commercial brands, including Cybex, Life Fitness, Precor, Nautilus, Matrix Fitness, and Body Masters, new and refurbished.

What's in Upper Body Strength Equipment

1

Chest Press

Presses a handle away from the chest. Trains the chest, front delts, and triceps. The deepest-stocked category in this collection, with flat, incline, decline, and standing versions.

2

Shoulder Press

An overhead pressing pattern for the deltoids and triceps. We carry both seated and standing formats.

3

Rows

Pulls a handle toward the torso. Trains the lats, rhomboids, and mid-back. Mid, low, high, seated, angled, and chest-supported formats are all represented.

4

Lat Pulldown

A vertical pulling pattern for the lats and biceps. Cable and plate-loaded versions both appear in this collection.

5

Arm Isolation

Bicep curl and tricep extension or dip stations. Single-joint accessory work that rounds out a pressing and pulling floor.

6

Fly & Rear Delt

Pec deck, reverse fly, lateral raise, and pullover stations. Isolates the chest or rear deltoids without a pressing or pulling pattern.

Buying Considerations

  • New facility build-out: start with chest press, shoulder press, rows, and lat pulldown. These four cover the core pressing and pulling patterns most members expect.
  • Filling gaps on an existing floor: arm isolation and fly/rear delt stations are the most common additions once the core stations are already in place.
  • Want a single-brand floor instead: our Premier Strength Upper Body collection narrows this same lineup to just our in-house line, new equipment only.
  • New vs. refurbished: cable-based stations, including rows, lat pulldown, and some chest press units, see more cable and pulley wear than plate-loaded presses. Check those points closely on refurbished units. Every unit we sell is inspected and tested before shipping.
