Collection: Lower Body Strength Equipment

Lower Body Strength Equipment covers every lower-body machine we carry in one collection: leg press, squat and hack squat, leg extension and leg curl, calf raise, adductor/abductor, and glute and back extension stations. It spans 158 products. About two-thirds carry our in-house Premier Strength label, and the rest come from established commercial brands, including Cybex, Life Fitness, Precor, Matrix Fitness, Star Trac, and Body Masters, new and refurbished.

What's in Lower Body Strength Equipment

1

Leg Press

Presses a plated carriage away from the body. Trains the quads, glutes, and hamstrings. Linear, horizontal, vertical, unilateral, and sled formats are all represented.

2

Squat & Hack Squat

Guided squat patterns on a fixed track. Trains the quads and glutes with less balance demand than a free-standing squat.

3

Leg Extension & Leg Curl

Isolates the quads on extension or the hamstrings on curl. Seated, prone, unilateral, and combo units all appear in this collection.

4

Calf Raise

Seated or standing calf work. Trains the gastrocnemius and soleus, a category members often ask for by name.

5

Adductor & Abductor

Trains the inner and outer thigh and hip stabilizers. Several units in this collection handle both in one combo frame.

6

Glute & Back Extension

Glute thrust, glute kickback, and hyperextension stations. Trains the glutes, hamstrings, and lower back together.

Buying Considerations

  • New facility build-out: leg press, squat/hack squat, and leg extension/leg curl cover the main lower-body movement patterns most floors need first.
  • High-demand accessory work: calf raise and adductor/abductor stations are the most common requests once the core stations are already in place.
  • Want a single-brand floor instead: our Premier Strength Lower Body collection narrows this same lineup to just our in-house line, new equipment only.
  • New vs. refurbished: leg press and squat/hack squat machines carry the heaviest daily load on a lower-body floor. Check carriage bearings, rail wear, and pivot points closely on refurbished units. Every unit we sell is inspected and tested before shipping.
