The Cybex 70T is part of the R Series Arc Trainer line, using Cybex's patented arc-shaped foot path that's engineered to load the legs mainly while they're planted, which is why Cybex positions the Arc Trainer as producing close to zero vertical impact compared with treadmill running. The Total Body configuration adds moving arm handles so the upper body shares the workload with the legs.
