Jacob’s Ladder Commercial Series *Refurbished*

The Jacob's Ladder Commercial Series is built for facilities that want a self-powered, high-intensity option beyond the usual treadmill and elliptical rotation. Climbers set their own pace on the ladder's continuously moving rungs, engaging the core, shoulders, and legs together in a reciprocal climbing motion, so the workout scales naturally from a light recovery pace to a full sprint without adjusting any settings. It's become a fixture in CrossFit-style programming and firefighter and military conditioning for exactly that reason.
