The Power Series Chin/Dip Assist helps users build toward full bodyweight pull-ups and dips by offsetting a portion of their body weight with a counterbalanced weight stack. Heavier stack selections provide more assistance, letting lifters dial in a manageable load and reduce it gradually as they get stronger.

Dual handle positions cover both a chin-up station for the lats and biceps and a dip station for the chest and triceps, so one machine handles two upper-body movement patterns. Padded knee supports keep users secure and properly positioned while the counterweight does its job.
