The Predator Series Bicep Curl isolates the biceps in a seated, arm-braced position that takes momentum out of the curl, unlike a standing barbell curl where the back and shoulders can creep into the movement. Isolateral arm pads let each arm curl independently, so a stronger side cannot compensate for a weaker one.

The pin-select weight stack gives members instant resistance changes between sets, and an adjustable seat fits a range of arm lengths. It shares the same top-of-the-line Predator Series construction as the rest of the line.
