The Predator Series Chin/Dip Assist helps members work toward full bodyweight pull-ups and dips by offsetting a portion of body weight with a counterbalanced, pin-selected weight stack. Choosing a heavier stack setting increases the assistance, letting lifters reduce it gradually as pulling and pressing strength improves.

Dual handle positions cover a chin-up station for the lats and biceps and a dip station for the chest and triceps in a single footprint. Padded knee supports keep users secure and properly positioned throughout each rep.
