The Predator Series Fly/Rear Delt is a dual-function station: face one direction for a chest fly that isolates the pectorals through a wide arcing motion, or turn around for a rear delt fly that targets the often-undertrained rear deltoids and upper back. One machine covers two muscle groups that are easy to neglect with free weights alone.

Isolateral arms let each side move independently in both directions, and the pin-select weight stack allows quick resistance changes between exercises. It is built to the same top-of-the-line Predator Series standard as the rest of the line.
