The Predator Series Lateral Raise isolates the medial deltoids through a seated raise motion, a shoulder-width builder that is difficult to load heavy and safely with dumbbells alone. Guided arm pads keep the movement locked to the shoulder joint instead of letting momentum from the traps or upper back creep in.
