The Predator Series Seated Leg Curl isolates the hamstrings from a seated position, stretching the muscle under load at the start of the rep in a way a prone curl cannot match. Isolateral leg pads let each leg move and load independently, helping identify and correct side-to-side strength gaps.

An adjustable seat back and thigh restraint keep users properly positioned, and the pin-select weight stack gives instant resistance changes between sets. It is built to the same top-of-the-line Predator Series standard as the rest of the line.
