The Woodway GX brings water-resistance rowing, the same principle behind the classic WaterRower design where resistance is generated by paddles moving through a water tank rather than a magnet or air fan, into a commercial-duty frame built by Woodway. Because resistance scales directly with effort, the harder a member pulls, the more resistance they feel, without needing to adjust a damper setting mid-workout. It's a good option for facilities that want the natural feel of water rowing but need equipment rated for heavier daily gym-floor turnover than a home rower.
